- Coordination begins after the engagement!
- (6) scheduled progress meetings to develop timeline, discuss wedding day details and review vendor contracts
- Attendance at up to (3) vendor meetings (at the request of the couple)
- Accompaniment to (2) venue visits (including catering tasting and/or Vendor Walk thru)
- Full access to wedding planning software where you can track the progress of your big day at any time!
- Unlimited emails, phone calls and text messages
- Vendor research, referrals and assistance with selecting and locking in your vendors
- Invitation Guidance, design, wording, and organization
- Assistance in creating all printed materials (including programs, menus, escort cards, place cards, etc.)
- Assistance with creation of a layout for your ceremony and reception
- Creation and Tracking of your wedding day budget
- Facilitation with reminders and payments to vendors
- Creation and tracking of a monthly checklist to organize priorities and deadlines
- Creation of your detailed event timeline
- Checklist of personal items for the wedding day
- Coordination of your vendors, including arrival and departure times, vendor meals, insurance and content
- Manage and confirm last minute changes and details with all vendors
- Marriage license information
- Assistance with guest seating arrangements
- Collection of all necessary materials before and after the event, including signage, favors, escort cards, programs and more
- RSVP Tracking (RSVPs must be sent to planner’s address)
- Act as a liaison for Guests, Vendors, and Wedding Party
- Orchestration of your wedding rehearsal (Up to 2 hours)
- Principal planner on site for up to 15 hours on wedding day
- Two assistants on the day of your event for 8 hours each (For Weddings of 150 guests or under. Additional assistants may be required for larger guest counts, multiple venues or intricate setups/ breakdowns)

- Coordination of all wedding ceremony and reception activities, including dances, toasts, Entrances and exits, catering timing, and much more
- Ensure your gifts are collected and secured
- Gather all specialty items at the conclusion of the event and return to your designated person
