  • Assistance with securing room blocks for your out of town guests, as well as assembling and distributing welcome packages to make their stay comfortable

  • Checklist of personal items for the wedding day

  • Assistance with creation of a layout for your ceremony and reception

  • Manage and confirm last minute changes and details with all vendors

  • Act as a liaison for Guests, Vendors, and Wedding Party

  • Setup of all items and materials not already handled by a specific vendor

  • Principal planner on site for 12 hours on your wedding day
